Location: Waters Edge Care Home (Residential Dementia Care Service)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shifts) 8.00 PM – 8.00 AM (Night Shifts)
Salary: £11.45 per hour

About the Role:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work alongside other Care Assistants and qualified nurses, contributing to the well-being and quality of life of our residents. Your role will include:
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding.
- Supporting residents to lead full and rewarding lives through compassionate and dignified care.
- Collaborating with the care team to deliver efficient and professional services.
- Assisting in meal service and supporting residents who require help with eating.
- Ensuring proper use of all equipment in line with operating instructions.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing health and safety and safeguarding protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a caring, professional, and prompt service to residents.
- Actively contribute to the resident care philosophy of the home.
- Foster team morale and actively participate as a team member.
- Provide effective support to the multidisciplinary team.
