Caroline is an experienced healthcare professional and chief operating officer, having qualified as an RGN in 1993 Caroline went on to specialise in Care of the Elderly. Caroline has been responsible for the clinical operations of Alpha Health Care since 2007 and has been a key driver to the Quality Governance and Compliance programme across the business. Caroline is passionate about continuous improvement and development, focusing on enhancing our service delivery.
Care Home Manager – Lakeview Care Home
Shelley joined the Alpha family in June 2022 as Care Home Manager of Lakeview Care Home. Shelley is very passionate about supporting, developing and empowering teams to deliver the highest quality care and brings with her a wealth of experience. Shelley is an experienced manager has worked in the care sector for over 24 years and has held management positions since 2005.
Care Home Manager – Waters Edge Care Home
Luke has worked within Health and Social Care for almost 20 years and has held senior operations and registered manager positions throughout his career so far. Working closely with the team, Luke brings his vast experience of managing and supporting teams to help Waters Edge continue this amazing journey and to further improve the quality of services we provide so well.
Care Home Manager – Newlyn Court Care Home
Gina has been a valuable member of the Senior management team at Alpha Health Care Home since November 2019. Gina brings a wealth of experience in Nursing Dementia and Complex Dementia care for the elderly to our role as Care Home Manager at Newlyn Court. Gina has a real passion to help and further improve the quality of care and to support all our Service Users.
Lisa is a registered mental health nurse with over 15 years’ experience working within elderly nursing and complex dementia care, progressing from staff nurse through to being a unit lead, deputy manager and home manager. As Training Manager for Alpha Health Care Lisa is using her years of nursing experience to ensure that training is delivered in a practical, engaging and resident centred way. Lisa is proud of her role in elderly care and the positive difference it can make to the lives of the residents within our care.
Human Resources Manager
Louise is Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years experience within Human Resources Management, gained from working in various business sectors. As an HR Manager at Alpha Health Care, Louise is using her experience to provide guidance and support in the delivery of effective employee relations, recruitment, resourcing and staff well-being.
Peter is our Catering Manager and oversees all the catering requirements for both Waters Edge and Lakeview. Peter has a real passion for delivering high standards of healthy cooking for our residents and with over 17 years experience in the food industry Peter keeps the menu’s updated and makes sure the whole team are proud to be a member of his team.
Deputy Care Home Manager – Waters Edge
Leanne started her career at Alpha Health Care within Lakeview Care Home over 7 years ago. Since moving across from Lakeview to be part of Waters Edge’s team in September 2019 Leanne has worked tirelessly to support and work with the Waters Edge team to provide exceptional person centered care to our residents. Leanne’s previous experience of working within our Complex Dementia service and the training and experience gained in progressing from Carer to Senior Carer has helped create a real connection, empathy and understanding of the unique care and behavioural needs of individuals with dementia.
